The IBM Wearables SDK for Swift simplifies connection of wearable devices, retrieving data from sensors, utilizing that data, and with the IBM cloud service can also recognize gestures.
Currently the SDK works with the Texas Instrument SensorTag, Microsoft Band, and Gemsense with Apple Watch being added.
Code for the gesture recognition feature is generated automatically through an online service (free signup available). Here’s a video explaining the gesture recognition feature:
